Elzabieta Kosmicki, Branch Chief Enshin Crestone 

Elza has been practicing under direct study with Kancho Joko Ninomiya & the Ninomiya family & holds a Nidan rank in Enshin Karate. She brings over 20 years of teaching, integrative medicine practice and the study of functional movement into her classes to create an environment for transformation and growth through the Enshin Karate method. Enshin Crestone seeks to provide a strong disciplined community centered around challenge and support in the Dojo

Alina Southall 

Holds a children’s Dan ranking in Enshin Karate and has studied directly under the Ninomiya family at the Enshin Karate World headquarters. She teaches Pewee Karate and assists all children and adult classes, she has competed internationally and is currently training for competition through undertaking an immersive study in the art of Enshin Karate. Her teaching style is highly energetic, engaging and she loves creating a space for the youth to access their potential.
